Held at the beautiful 50 Hill Rise in Richmond, London, this 3 hour immersive experience combines powerful coaching practices, mindful movement, and expert insights on women’s wellbeing and hormonal health.
What’s included
90 min Mindset Coaching Workshop - A deeply supportive workshop to help you re-define your self-perception, reconnect with your confidence and strengths, and get clear on how to move forward with intention and alignment. Come away with immediate actions that move you towards a more meaningful and powerful life.
Reflective exercises - Grounded in evidence-based, science-backed practices, we’ll take a deep dive into self concept, identity and how to build more confidence and alignment. Start building a clear vision for your future that feels empowering, inspiring and aligned.
Mindful Cacao Break - Relax and connect with others in the group with a mindful cacao break
45min Yoga Class - Suitable for all abilities, we’ll have a gentle and restorative yoga class led by the lovely Diana from Bibi Yoga Richmond.
Nervous System & Hormone Workshop - Learn how to regulate the nervous system and reset when life gets challenging. Gain insight into how shifts in hormones impact wellbeing and how to support yourself through the changes at different life stages.

Alexandra Davidson

Coach and Facilitator
Alexandra is a holistic coach and facilitator helping individuals discover confidence, purpose, and meaning in life. With a background in psychotherapy she draws on evidence-based practices that support deep insight and personal growth.
She works with clients who are rebuilding after divorce or separation, as well as individuals simply needing some direction, confidence and empowerment, married or not.
Having experienced a difficult separation herself, Alexandra understands what it means to feel lost and powerless and rebuild from the ground up.

Diana is a yoga instructor, MenoYoga practitioner and well-being coach based in Richmond. She is passionate about sharing insights and learnings to enhance, support and uplift women’s well-being.
Diana’s yoga practice is gentle and restorative and suitable for all abilities.
